Monday: (Strength Day) Part A: 1-RM Clean and Jerk. Part B: 25-min Partner AMRAP of Rowing, Clean and Jerks and Box Jumps. Think fast run on this one!

Tuesday: Part A: Gymnastics work on the bar and floor followed by 3-rounds for time of Running, Pull-ups and Squats.  

Wednesday: Reversal! Today we are going to ladder up by 1 with KB swings and ladder down with burpees starting at 20! Think this one might be my favorite this week!

Thursday: Partner Rowing and Waiter Walk followed by 3-Rounds for time of Toes to Bar, Snatch and Doubles. 

Friday(Strength Day) I am ready for Spring, however it sound like some of you want a little Christmas in March:-) Today is “12-days of Christmas”. Lots of movements with the bar including cleans, squats, snatch, push press and deadlifts. Like the song complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1; 2-1; 3-2-1; 4-3-2-1; etc – for a total of 364 reps.😳
