#cpmgo Party Success!

A HUGE thank you to all that came out to support our Grand Opening Party! We couldn’t of asked for a better group of people at a better party. The night was filled with great conversations, with great people, great food and drink.

Challenge recap!

We would like to congratulate all of the challenge participants. This was Annie’s and my 7th Paleo type challenge and I have to say there were more results and transformations than I can remember in all of the previous challenges we have been apart of. The decision to come to the top 5 was a very tough decision on how to determine who got picked vs. who didn’t. Thank goodness we didn’t have to vote on the winners:-)

Speaking of the winners…

1st Place: Shelly Lane. Shelly did an absolutely tremendous job throughout the challenge. She maintained a no excuse, positive attitude no matter what was going on in her life. She is a shining example of how you can get results no matter the obstacles going on in your life.

2nd Place: Amanda Wermers. Amanda has LITERALLY transformed her body and life in the past 7 weeks… All with a bigger smile on her face. She is the first one to lend a helping hand or provide words of encouragement to those that need it. I hope she understands that this is only the beginning and not the end to her great potential.

3rd Place: Angela Hight. aka “Mrs. Challenge”. I really believe this women can do anything she puts her mind too. There is no obstacle or setback that can detour her from the success she desires. I look forward to many more challenges with her and see how she will continue to tap into her potential and bring others along in the process.

4th and 5th Place: Ben Wermers and Beth Marsh. Both of these individuals results speak for themselves. They both have grown leaps and bounds in the past 7 weeks and both had a legimate chance at winning this challenge. Cheers to their future successes at CPMFITness.

Spirit of the Challenge: Candy Bergst. Candy embodies the phrase, “It’s a FREAKIN Challenge.” She did everything, LITERALLY, everything she could to better herself in this challenge. I think she would  have REALLY run through a brick wall if we told her too. Her commitment and dedication showed and will  continue too as she keeps this ambition attitude.

My Fun moments of the party:

*Not having enough time to talk to all the great people in the same room.
*People realizing that we have a putting green upstairs and immediately going upstairs to work on their short game.
*Our grandparents and my mother-in-law at the party to show their love and support.

Big thank you to our sponsors Hyvee on 49th st, Oien Family Chiropractic, Pillar Dental, X-1, Wellfoods, Stronger Faster Healthier and Tim Unruh with Perkins for supplying the chicken at the party.

What about you? Fun Moments? Share some love to the winners and participants in the comments.
