CPM’s Tips and Tricks To Avoid Inflammation

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired?

Are you having joint pain and muscle soreness that will just not let up?

Do you feel puffy and bloated all the time no matter what foods  you consume or how much water you drink?

Well it could be a simple change and removal of the foods we are currently eating.

Here are my top 5 things to implement in order to reduce and possibly avoid inflammation all together.

With the challenge starting today these are some really great habits to keep through the next 30 days and for years to come!

#1 Remove high allergy foods – such as wheat, gluten, corn, dairy, artificial sweeteners, sugar, soy etc…. Try this for 30 days and journal your results and how you felt during that month.

#2 Get your zzzz’s – It might seem tough, but get 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night. A good night’s rest is crucial for vital health and beauty! There is a reason we hear the term ” I need to get my beauty sleep”!

#3 Go Green – Incorporate more leafy veggies into your diet. Try eating salads for lunch and a small leafy green delight with dinner. Also add broccoli, cauliflower, kale, and asparagus to the mix.

#4 Eat good healthy fats …. Fat does not make you fat when you are eating the right kinds! Throw the bad vegetable oil fat away and replace it with coconut oil, avocado oll, and or olive oil. It will also make your leafy greens extra tasty!

#5 Take your Fish Oil and get your good omegas from grass-fed beef and wild caught salmon. Ingesting both of these will have a tremendous impact on soreness and inflammation. I am an avid fish oil drinker and I feel like a million bucks! I never get sore, rarely ache, and never get the “cloudy brain” I used to before taking it.
