One of the reasons we are so obese as a society and not getting any healthier is because of all the processed foods we consume.

We eat so many products that come from a package, box, bottle etc …

What if we were to go back to basics and actually consume “real food”… (i.e if it grows in the ground, has eyes, and is a nut or seed) we eat it.

Imagine how much energy you would have…

Imagine how good your body would feel …

Imagine how much healthier we would be as a country.

When we feel good we are happier, more energetic, less stressed, etc .. Which = a happier nation all around!

Here is a great article from Today.com from a woman who gave up processed food for the year. Yes you heard me correctly nothing from a box, bag, can, bottle etc .. Basically she always shopped on the outside perimeters of the store and made most food at home.

The greatest part is she actually SAVED money doing this. One of the BIG roadblocks people use is eating healthy is “too expensive”. Well here is an article spelled out on why it is not expensive and how to make it easy in the process.

I challenge you CPM to see how long you could go without processed food in your life…..
