August is officially half way done. The fall is just around the corner. As we all prepare for the new season, the gym is preparing for some new events and added services. Here is your latest installment of the DEETS for the Week.
Who is ready for our 1st Challenge?
Coming mid-September is our first Competency Course. The focus is nutrition. Annie and I have conducted 6 Paleo Challenges over the last 4 plus years. We have learned so much about how to educate, motivate and turn healthy nutritional habits into a lifestyle for PERMANENT results. More details to follow in the next few DEETS on Thursday’s. What I can tell you today is it is 7 weeks long, weekly classroom style meetings, we are getting some great sponsors, prizes, and much more…
We are very excited to announce a new style of working out. Imagine the best of our of CPM FIT (kick butt workouts that are functional, varied and intense) and combine it with the best of our YogaFIT class. When you put the two together you have what we call 2 Face. You will see what we are talking about on this Friday’s workouts.
Stronger Faster Healthier (SFH) is one of the most respected and trusted supplement companies on the market. Annie and I personally take their products to help aid in recovery, manage inflammation to get us healthier and performing better. We will be placing our first order of Fish Oil, Post Workout Recovery and Whey Protein by the end of next week. There is a sign up sheet in the gym. August 27th during the 5:30p workout and YogaFIT classes we want you! We want you to join us, ROCK your shirt and be apart of website appearance. As we get close to closing out of 1st month we will be taking pics to update and upgrade the pics on our website. Oh and it might be a workout that you won’t want to miss:-)
You can’t improve what you can’t measure. One of the most important habits you can create that will ensure your success with our program is to journal every single workout you complete at CPMFITness. We have your journals ready for you. There is no cost to you as it is included in your membership. If you haven’t received one yet stop Annie or myself and we will provide it to you.
