First class begins this SUNDAY June 8th from 3p – 4p.

The class will be instructed by, Shelly Lane. Shelly is one of our CPM certified instructors who have gone through our rigorous Yoga Teacher Training program. Shelly is passionate about her own personal yoga practice and excited to serve and teach all of you that attend. Join us on Sunday’s and improve how you move!

Take advantage of this new class day as you can use if you missed any classes from the previous week or would like to add more yoga into your weekly regime.

This class has a $10 drop in fee or can count as one of your classes on your membership. For more info and signing up refer to our Class Schedule or talk to one of the coaches.
