My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.
1. I attended the Crossfit Weightlifting Course this past weekend. My instructor, Fred Lowe, was impressive. Think little guy with massive strength. I learned a lot about the snatch and clean & jerk over the weekend and can’t wait to share it with everyone at the gym. My hips aren’t in any hurry to do either movement any time soon though.
2. My Friday 11:30 class was FUN but crazy and hard to control. I’m currently taking applications for a coach at that time. You don’t need to know what you are doing because they don’t pay attention at all!
4. Deadlifts are awesome. Need I say more? I spent some time coaching my classes on having the proper set up for the deadlift. A lot of us tend to squat. I really like this video (and I want to look like Brooke). Click HERE to watch.
