DYP: Nutrition Challenge Update

DYP friends, you are 1/3 of the way through your 30 day challenge. That’s a big deal. Not many people can say they have eaten only whole foods for 10 days straight.  It’s impressive!  Chances are you survived your first carb flu and are starting to feel really good. Whether it’s a food challenge, a workout, or the number of days until I go on vacation, I like to look at numbers in fractions and split it up.  Focus on being strong the next 10 days.  After that, you only have 10 more to go.

Come to the DYP Meeting this Monday, October 13th!

This meeting is going to be really fun and we are going to cover some very important information. The coaches have come up with a great game to help you learn and show off your Whole 30 knowledge. They are hinting at a Jenga Jeopardy type format.  Show up and see what it is all about!

We will be covering Part 2 of It Starts With Food, specifically Chapters 4 – 7.  Read them and be ready.

The meeting starts at 7:45.  It is a going to be a great time and you don’t want to miss it! Plus, you can share some of your DYP successes and challenges with your peeps.
