Black Friday Flannels

CPM would like to invite you to hang out and enjoy a couple drinks on Black Friday starting at 6 pm. We will wear flannel shirts and hang out downtown from the warmth of our gym, CPM 2.0. Flannel shirts are not required but a fun attitude is!

4. There is a movement in tomorrow’s workout called “Hello Darling”. I’m going to tell you right now that I will be finding someone to demo this movement in my classes for me. OR the classes will do it with me. You will see why.
