First Friday Flow DTSF – Wine Down Yoga

Our next First Friday Flow at CPM DTSF is going to be really great because you get to enjoy wine and yoga! Bring your yoga mat, wine and a friend! Mark your calendars for Friday, November 6th @ 6 pm.

Friday, October 30th Classes at Western Mall

We will not be having evening classes on Friday, October 30th at the Western Mall. The 4:45 and 5:30 classes at the downtown location are on so head downtown for a great workout!!

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. Do you like Larabars? I love them but try not to have them too often. Anyway, give one of these a try sometime. Delicious!

2. Guys, when it comes to ball slams you need to ask your self WWFD. What Would Folsom Do? 40 pounds… that’s what!

3. The partner workout on Monday was a blast. I run a lot faster with a partner. I was browsing YouTube for a cute/funny partner video and came across these guys. It’s actually really funny! Click HERE to watch.

4. I’ve been doing yoga teacher training these past couple weeks and yoga is 10 times harder for me than the CPM wods. If any of you have a little flexibility you would like to share with me, please let me know!
