Gearing Up for the Opening…
The rig is up. The flooring is laid. The wood flooring is done. And we had our first go around with some Group Baseline’s starting Wednesday.

It looks like our 1st round of #cpmgo shirts should be in the gym by the end of this week.
As mentioned before, this shirt will only be printed ONCE. That’s right, if you are fortunate to receive this shirt you will be considered the official Gecharter member, the O.G., the starting crew. And I repeat, this shirt will NOT be printed again… EVER! You got one shot at it. To be eligible for the #CPMGO shirt you must be 1 of the first 100 members to sign up by August 31st. If you are 101 or sign up after August 31st you are S.O.L.
Inaugural Workout… The Vote
Here is the update of the voting for the Inaugural Workout August 1st.

Start and Finish with 800m run
*25x KB Swings (72#/53#)
*20x Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 inch)
*15x Overhead Squats (135#/105#)
2). “Hansen” = 2 votes
5 rounds for time of:
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 2-Touch Sit-Ups
3). “Bada Bing” = 9 votes

*This workout will be held in every class Thursday August 1st. Votes will be closed by July 29th at the close of business.
Next we will begin adding some group classes in the mix. It will be a light schedule Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Please go to our ‘SCHEDULE‘ page on the website to view our updated class schedule. Our official opening is Thursday August 1st with a FULL class schedule.

Starting August 1st, for the entire month everyone will be able to receive a “FREE Week Trail”. That’s right, you can try us out for one full week. Come to 2 classes, 3, 5, 2-in-one day. It’s up to you. Try one CPM FIT and one Yoga FIT in the same day… Your call. We are confident that you will get a full understanding of what we are all about with a full week under your belt. Come in and experience our energy, intensity, coaching, positivity, test our skills out, ask us all your questions, let us debunk your concerns.
