**BREAKING NEWS**  New Year’s is rapidly coming upon us! Surely health and fitness fall among the categories (i.e. Resolutions) of things you want to improve.

And as this topic comes up in a conversation think about your Resolution experiences thus far. Did you have much sustained success last year you made those resolutions? Or where you like most Americans and just wing’d it? Relied on the outdated attempts such as nonstop cardio and eating significantly less on crazy diets?? Resulting in the staggering stats we discussed in last weeks post (LINK).

So what is going to be the difference this year?

What is the one thing that will change everything this year for you?

We feel the key to transformation in 2019 is hire a coach! Yes for all the obvious reasons; education, accountability, motivation, etc… But there is something more powerful in having a coach in your corner. Really 2 BIG powerful reasons….

Knowledge (more so Feedback)

The right coach will have the ability to find the weaknesses in your foundation and know how to correct them. They will also know how to progress your program according to your recovery and goals. But more importantly the right coach gives you an outside set of eyes. Something you can’t find anywhere else. We can simply make all the mistakes ourselves and take a lifetime for all the lessons we are supposed to learn or we can find a trusted authority to show us the way.

Experience (more so contagious)

The right coach has an amazing ability to become contagious for you. Every FITness journey will have its share of highs and lows. You will have moments of sheer success followed deep moments of setbacks and plateaus. Traveling this road alone leaves you susceptible to losing hope and starting over (AGAIN!) The right coach will tell you the truth. Will have experience with the high’s and low’s in their journey and be able to shed some light, hope and inspiration to get to back on track just when you need it.

A healthier, fitter America starts with you. There is no gimmick. There is no shortcut. There is no magic pill. Everyone’s fitness journey will be unique, but a healthy lifestyle takes commitment, patience and motivation. A Coaches job is to show you the way and support YOU do you along your journey!
