I Thought Oatmeal Was Good For Me???

I was discussing nutrition with a client yesterday, and one of the questions her husband had asked her is “Why is oatmeal bad”. Every magazine we look at, every fast food and coffee shop we pass, has a “healthy” selection of oatmeal …. right ????

Wrong…we are lead to believe that this morning treat is going to give us all the results we could ever as for and more, but unfortunately it is doing us more harm than good and her is why…

First off do you see what happens to oatmeal when you microwave it, it goes from small oats to a huge bowl of expanding oats so you can only imagine what it is doing to our insides. Here are some reasons oats and gluten are causing you much more harm than good.
