1 Squat Snatch; Find a HEAVY weight with GOOD Form

B. 15 minutes – EMOM perform:
1st minute: 12 – 15 Calories on Rower
2nd minute: 10 DB Snatch
3rd minute: 15 Toe to Bar
Rotate through the stations for a total of 5 sets to complete the 15 minutes.
