We would like to officially announce a new member to the CPM Staff, Hayden Yeradi. Hayden is interning for CPM during the summer. She is the one camped out by the journals on Tuesday’s. We are very excited to have her positivity, work ethic, knowledge.

On the Deck for This Week’s CPM Community Sunday Yoga, Angela J aka ‘Sparkles’

Some say she has a voice that would make an angel cry. Others, that her yoga cured their terminal disease. All we really know is this:

She’s super cool, she’s teaching yoga on Sunday, and if Stet’s programming has left you a little sore this week, it’s a sure fire way to get you recovered and feeling better.

Recipe of the Week:

Now that the weather is beautiful BBQ season is in full effect! I love to BBQ, but I love the sides even more. Here is a great recipe that compliments just about anything BBQ’d.

Sweet Potato Salad


2 lbs sweet potatoes (or yams), unpeeled and quartered
1 tbsp. avocado oil
4 green onions, thinly sliced (both green and white parts)
6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
1/4 cup of pine nuts
1 tsp of creole seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Toss quartered potatoes in oil, garlic, creole seasoning, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on a rimmed cookie sheet and roast until browned.
3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine green onions, bacon, rosemary, pine nuts, and mayonnaise. Once potatoes are done, add potatoes to bowl and toss them.

*Serve Warm or Cold
