It’s A Seal Fit Kind Of Friday….

I have been an avid follower of the SealFit Programming for the past 2 plus years.  I have always been so very fascinated on how you can really peel off layers of our mental capacity and go to places we never thought possible.

SealFit has not only helped me physically it has revealed to me things about myself I never knew. Situations were presented in my life and in the past I might not have believed I could make it through, but knowing day after day, week after week I would get up come face to face with my workout and attack it head on made me push through.Seals obviously take a beating to their bodies. They have a huge work capacity and are put through hours of training, and with that comes mobility and yoga to counter balance these brutal beat downs. The Seals go through “Grinders” which is

The concrete-asphalt area at BUD/S where the students do their calisthenics workouts. It is surrounded by pullup bars, dip bars and the instructors, training officer, and commanding officer’s offices. You have the constant feeling of always being watched while you are on the “grinder”. So, put out hard, count loud, and cheer your class through the workout or you will wind up doing the workout “wet and sandy” or spend an hour in the leaning rest!s concrete-asphalt area at BUD/S where the students do their calisthenics workouts. It is surrounded by pullup bars, dip bars and the instructors, training officer, and commanding officer’s offices. You have the constant feeling of always being watched while you are on the “grinder”. So, put out hard, count loud, and cheer your class through the workout.

It is a combination of body weight calisthenic training with mobilization exercises to give you the most well-balanced workout I have ever felt.

I am able to move efficiently and work on the quality of my movements instead of quantity!

So CPM’ers I wanted to give you a little taste of what I have had the pleasure of experiencing in my life. I know you will benefit at many different levels in your fitness from this!
