It’s Almost Time To Party!

CPM Grand Opening / Anniversary Party

Make sure you have our 2.0 Celebration on your calendar!!

August was a big month at CPMFitness! It marked our 2 year anniversary as well as the opening of our second location in DTSF. With those milestones, we decided it was time to throw a PARTY!

Plan to be at our new DTSF location–111 S Main Ave–on Saturday, September 26th, from 4-6pm. This is a party you don’t want to miss! We’ll have food, drinks (generously provided by Cask and Cork), and some great prizes (can you say “membership upgrades”? Woo-hoot!).

We can’t wait to celebrate with you on the 26th!

New Class Times at CPM 1.0

We are enjoying the new class times and we hope you are too! More 45 minute classes, 5 am on Tuesday and Thursday, 4 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Take advantage of it!

Reflections by Mother Plucker

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

This week I’m going to run you through Chris’s workout on Tuesday. I had the pleasure of coaching this.

Workouts starts – Everything is good. Chris is a little whiny about Barbara, talking about belbows but, all in all, he’s ready to go.
Round 1 Complete – Chris feels good but he’s getting wound up. Thinks everyone should ring the bell after each round. Belitz cannot figure out why they would do this. It makes no sense!

Round 2 Complete – Still feeling good. No butterfly pull-ups so he’s taking the adult approach. Oh wait… he just took off his shoes. What is going on?

Round 3 Complete – Chris wants to throw something. What can he throw? His socks! And they’re off!

Round 4 Complete – He’s getting tired. Feeling feisty. Decides it would be a good idea to take off another article of clothing. Asks Marin for a trap slap to pump him up. I feel bad for Marin but I’m really happy there is only one round left.
Belitz has no idea what is going on with Chris! Val’s just doing her thing.

Round 5 Complete and Barbara is Done! – The remnants of a workout gone bad/good.

The Oboard Says..
10 Rounds For Time:
100m Sprint
10 Pull-ups
100m Sprint
10 Burpees
