It’s Friday!

April All-In Challenge (30-30-30)
Congratulations to everyone that participated in the challenge! There has been a lot of bell-ringing going on as people complete their 30th workout for the month. Some have even completed more than 30…. it’s true. Members that completed all 30 workouts will be entered into a raffle drawing for great prizes. Be watching next week for the announcement of the winners!

Tues/Thurs 8:30 am
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 classes have started and they are great. Be sure to take advantage of the new times! These classes will be co-ed. Tuesday will be the CPMFIT class and Thursday will be YogaFIT and Flow. YogaFIT and Flow is not your standard yoga class. Be prepared to sweat!

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. Spandex Pants. I love them for working out and I probably wear them a little too much outside the gym also. If you go to CPM, you know the wide variety of spandex pants worn. I’m just waiting for someone to walk in with these on. It’s gonna happen…

2. What in the world are these girls doing?? I’m never doing that. Click HERE.

3. DT might be one of my favorite workouts. That was fun! Ok, the next morning was a little rough but a fun workout nonetheless!

4. Bort brought the wrong shirt again. This time it was his kids shirt!
