CPM Combine – Buck This!

The Combine was a blast and a great send-off for Stets. Many members hit PR’s that day and, if you ask those who attended, they will tell you it was a great time. We will be compiling the results and get them to you soon.

April All In Challenge 30-30-30

How many CPM classes can attend in April? We have members showing us impressive calendars for this month. Even if you aren’t doing the challenge, try to squeeze in a couple extra classes and see how it feels! You still have to pay for that extra class 😉

CPM Olympic Lifting Class

The first class is Friday! Ask your friends what they think of it. It’s gonna be awesome. If you want to have better lifting technique and become a more efficient lifter, this class is for you.

Did you catch the first edition of the CPM Weekly Workout Video? If not, watch for it this Sunday. Plan your week or just come every day (we like that)!

The Stetson Edition

What will I miss about Stets? Too many things to count but here are a few.

1. Toes to Bar with no shirt

2. Interesting stretches

3. Superman glasses

4. Cleaning windows (will I have to do this now??)

5. Awesome faces

Have you been naughty or nice?

6. All-around good guy. No, all around GREAT GUY!

Good luck Stets! I am so incredibly sad you are leaving but I wish you the best. I am convinced you will be fantastic in every aspect of life. Don’t forget about us South Dakotans when you make it big 🙂
