Awesome Abs April (AAA) Challenge!

You are all doing this challenge, whether you bought a challenge pack or not. Be sure to let us know if you want to sneak in a few extra classes. IT’S NOT TOO LATE! Check out MEALLOGGER to see what your CPM friends are eating during this challenge and to log your meals and stay on track!

End = May 14th

*Everyday. Every single class, including all yoga classes, we will have a portion of class dedicated to your ABS! We are literally going to ROCK YOUR CORE! Expect an intelligently designed program to engage, strengthen and hit every part of your mid section. From your rectus abdominis, obliques, hipflexors, low back, etc… You will get stronger, tighter, not to mention work what most consider the most important feature of getting in shape, the abs! Summer is really just around the corner:)

To Tan or Not To Tan
Do tanned bodies look more muscular than untanned bodies? This is the question of the week. If a tan doesn’t make you look thinner or more defined or more muscular then why do body builders get so tan? That’s what I want to know. I didn’t really care about my tan until I went to Jamaica. I come back looking tan and everyone commented on it. I felt good, a little springy but then…. the tan disappears. Super sad!

So I got a spray tan. I tanned in the afternoon, about 3 pm. I wasn’t very dark at bedtime so I waited to shower until the morning (I usually shower at night). When I woke up… whoa! I was super dark. I didn’t do the greatest job of using “barrier” cream on my hands and feet so they look a little silly but, not gonna lie, I feel a lot better wearing shorts when I have a tan.

So take a look for yourself and let me know what you think. Tan or not tan??
