My Next Experiment

My Next Experiment

I Like To Jump Right In

Have you ever had the feeling you were meant to try something? Like it almost falls right into your lap? Last Thursday I was talking to Courtney about a new eating plan she is doing. After 2 weeks, she’s had amazing results so, of course, I’m intrigued. I’m about due for another eating challenge or just a challenge in general so I decided to look into it. The next morning, I wake up bright and early to coach the 5 am class. When I check my phone, I have an email from another member, April, asking me about THE SAME PLAN! I hadn’t even heard of it before Thursday and now it’s been brought to my attention 2 times.

It was meant to be.

I started the program on Wednesday and have very little information for you thus far. Two things to note: (1) the meal prepping took some work as I had to weigh food,(2) I am a little hungry in the mornings. My plan is to blog about my new diet to let you know how I’m feeling, if I’m seeing results and if I’m on the verge of losing my mind. As of now, I know of 4 CPM members participating in this program. My hope is they will also share their success or non-success stories through my blog too.

We have an attendance challenge coming up mid-April and the timing is perfect for me. I love an attendance challenge. What else would motivate me to workout more than once a day?? My hope is that New Eating Plan + Attendance Challenge = Success!

So what is the plan? It’s not a secret…or is it? Kidding, just ask me about it! I plan to dive in head first and follow this plan EXACTLY as written. No cheating! I will keep you posted on my progress :-)
