NEW JUMP ROPE ORDER.

The Jump Rope order board is up in the changing room. Lots of new members mean personal jump ropes are needed. If you missed the order last time here is your chance to customize your color, handles and length.

SHOWER UPDATE.

The shower started yesterday (Thursday) and should be complete by Monday, Feb 10th. This will be a game changer for some of you with limited schedules.

Febuary 14th 6:45p-7:45p: Wine Down Yoga (Valentine Edition)

Join us for our 1st of many Wine Down Yoga events. This Valentine’s Day bring your yoga mat, a plastic candle, your favorite bottle of wine and a loved one/friend and come hang with your favorite gym/community. This is a great way to celebrate Valentines Day, relax and rejuvenate from the week. This is a slower paced class vs. the usual YogaFIT classes. It is designed for more stretching, flexibility, breathing and restoration from the week of workouts. Feel free to hang with us after and have a glass of wine with your favorite gym and community.

For members counts as a class. Or you can buy a special single class rate for $10 for this event only. Friends or Spouses that are non-members can attend this class for $10 as well. Email us for more info: getfit@cpmfitness.com

Febuary 24th @7:30p: CPM Open House 2 Event (Monday Evening)

There are a ton of people that you know of that are BORED at the gym, TIRED OF NO Results, and WANT a challenge. This is open to the public, friends and guests of members.

*The coaches go over a brief introduction of who we are, what we do, and why we’re different.
*We’re going to run everybody through a group baseline so the coaches can assess your fitness ability and guests will get a preview of how our workouts will look and feel.
*Members bring your Friend(s) and Re-Test (or take for the 1st time) our Baseline Test.
