New Month ….. New Goals….

At cpmfitness you hear the coaches use the word “goal” a lot! The reason being, is it is one of the most pivotal keys to our success, and vital for you to hit your ultimate goals! If you don’t have goals in place, how are you supposed to be able to get to where ultimately want to go?

If we track our progress, we can stay laser focused and see your progress happening right before your very eye!

 Since it is the beginning of September we can do our month of September goals, our end of the year goals, and our 6 month goals and continue to check-in and reevaluate them.

The sooner we track the sooner we can truly be the best that we can be. This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to put YOURSELF out there and let the Community hold YOU accountable to push YOU to a new and higher level.

Prove to YOURSELF that you can do it. It is amazing the improvements you can have in a One Month Period when you focus and push hard. We are here to support your progress,

We will revisit this in 4 to 6 weeks and evaluate how far you have come since writing these goals.

Remember in order to grow and improve in anything we must set standards and goals so we are able to really see our progress!

Here are my September goals:

1. Do more mobility so I am able to do the workouts pain free!

2. Lift two times a week, with a “No Excuse” mentality….

3. Get back into my sunday yoga routine no matter what!
