No More To-Do Lists…

I like to talk about time and tasks.

A. TIME MGMT ISN’T THE PROBLEM

C. ESTABLISH A RHYTHM WITH YOUR HEALTH

As we move through our fast paced lives with lots of commitments to our family, job, friends, health, etc… It can be challenging to fit everything into our day and week. So what do we do? We make a to-do list (TDL)! Get the thoughts out of our head and on to paper and begin to attack our TDL. This can be a very good thing as writing it down will remind us of what we need to do and when we get distracted we don’t lose the task. However, this can turn ugly when we lack execution of our TDL and the list grows and grows. We begin to become overwhelmed with the growing list of tasks and start to become defeated and lose motivation to stick to our commitments.

Instead lets take your TDL to the next level and simply put the tasks on your calendar! Literally! Here is a short, simple, step by step process I wrote about last year…. DOWN WITH TDLs AND UP WITH SYPs.
