Everyday we make choices. And every single choice we’ve made has lead us to where we are today. Where we live, our health, income, family, neighbors, etc are all the results of our choices. And the more we make those same choices we develop them into habits.

I know what happens where you here CPMFITness is have a challenge… You think…

“Ahh man, I don’t want to cut this out of my ‘diet'”
“I’m going to be on vacation for 7 days during the challenge.”
“There is my brother’s wedding.”
“I tried a challenge before and I didn’t finish. I don’t want to fail.”
“Where is the prizes? Do I get an extra class or cash prizes?”

Let me tell you this is a very DIFFERENT challenge. We all have priorities in our lives. Faith, Family, Health, Work, Social, Entertainment to name a few. What is your order of importance? Does the time you actually spend on them reflect how important you say they are?
