PVP: Past vs. Present

I am fascinated with before and after’s. People are transforming their bodies and their lives everyday. This time of the year is the best to stop, reflect and take a look back at your journey in 2013.

Below is a post from EVERYDAY PALEO about an example of ten changes before and after Paleo living.

Paleo skeptic                                                                                      PALEO ROCKS!!!

Before CPMFITness and Paleo:
-I never squatted (back, front and overhead).
-I was bored with my FITness routine.
-Not as committed to my health and FITness.
-Not as good of a trainer/coach.
-Never ate anything that was green.
After CPMFITness and Paleo:
-Squat all the time:-)
-Feel like I have unlimited potential with my FITness.
-Am inspired everyday by people in my box.
-Always improving as a person and a coach.
