Reasons to GET Healthy vs. Reasons to NOT Get Healthy


-to walk in a room and not be self-conscience
-to meet someone new and not think about it
-to be a handy husband
-to wear clothes that fit
-to never go into a big & tall store again
-to go to the water park and enjoy my kids
-to set an example to chase and nolan
-to not avoid people
-for my career

NOT (write on notebook paper)
-it’s easier
-it’s convienient
-somehting to look forward to??? (what about the why’s)
-i deserve it?? (to miss out on all the why’s)
-everyone else seems to be able to (simple math what goes in < what gets used)
