3. Kettlebell snatches can be very frustrating for our members. We hate for you to leave with bruises on your forearms… it’s not necessary! There are a lot of good kettlebell snatch videos out there. Here a couple. KB Snatch Vid #1, KB Snatch Vid #2.
4. Becky Brost squats 2 times faster than I do. Enough said.
