Special Day and Special Birthday Post
It’s not everyday we get an opportunity to time out of our busy lives and wish someone well on their special day.
Your Coach and my Co-Pilot at CPM and in life, Annie Mello, turns 33 years old today (Monday the 15th)! If I wrote all the reasons why I love her so much and why all of you do as well, you would be reading so much you would have to clear you day.
In honor of Annie on her special day I would love to share with you what makes her not only a great person but specifically a great coach to all of you.
Passion. When a coach has a passion for her team, it makes the experience a positive one for everyone involved. Her excitement for Health, FITness and Overall Improvement is contagious, and everyone around her will catch it.
Compassion. One of her best qualities as a great coach is that she genuinely takes the time to get to know everyone, before, during and after classes. She will sacrifice her time to give it to you. This is something I learn from her all the time.
Make it FUN! I don’t think anyone will disagree that Annie’s music playlist are the best of any coach at CPM. Her joy is your joy.
Developing Confidence. Every time I get to take, assist in or watch Annie coach a class you can see and feel her giving everyone her confidence. She can make you believe you are better just by her infectious care and belief in you.
Role Model. They say the best coaches are great students. I would put Annie’s desire, commitment and work ethic up against any other coach in the country. She strives to raise her personal and professional standards on a daily basis. Trust me, I know, I live and work with her!
