CPMFIT Family Workout

We will be kicking off our CPMFIT Kids program with a CPM Family workout on Saturday, June 11th at 9:30 am! If your kids are curious about CPM but not convinced, this is a great opportunity for them to try out a class with you.

Spouses, kids and special friends are all welcome. Cost is $5 per family member. CPM members can use a class from their membership OR they can choose to pay the $5 and get to the gym for an extra class that week.

We need you to create a user account for each member of your family attending the workout and complete the Parent/Guardian Waiver for the kiddos. Here is a LINK to our website to get you started. Then sign yourself and your family members in for the CPM FIT Family class at 9:30 am.

Summer Gym Attire

Depending on the day and time you workout at CPM, you may have heard discussion (or even been in on discussion) about gym attire. It’s getting hot outside and it’s hot in the gym. People are wearing less and a few are even taking off their shirts during a workout. Say it isn’t so!!

So what is the summer gym apparel or lack of? Well we’ve got crop tops, booty shorts, shirtless, tall socks, lots of headbands. More tank tops than usual… for a few even wearing a tank is a big step. What do the coaches think of this? We love it. We can’t get enough of it. In fact, the noon crew has decided to have theme days. Here’s what you need to know:

Fun Tank Monday – nothing too crazy because we need a day to get our tummies flat after the weekend

Crop Top Tuesday

Booty Short Wednesday – I refuse to participate in this one. I will, however, coach the class.

Fun Sock Thursday

Shirtless Friday – Don’t get too excited guys. The ladies will still have their sports bras on 😉
