Supple DEETS…


We’ve incorporated a Sunday Yoga class for all of you avid Yogi’s among us!

The class will be instructed by one of our CPM certified instructors who have gone through our rigorous Yoga Teacher Training program. Each class will incorporate that instructors unique style and technique, while being the same great CPM Yoga you know and love! Join us on Sunday’s and improve how you move!

Each session focuses on opening areas that get stiff from our general CPMFIT routine, such as: shoulders, hips, quads, hamstrings, and more. This class is taught in the Vinyasa style of yoga, linking poses fluidly with breath and music to keep you engaged. Our brand of yoga will help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength so you can perform better, experience less soreness, and reduce your risk of injury.

First class begins SUNDAY June 8th from 3p – 4p.

Take advantage of this new class day as you can use if you missed any classes from the previous week or would like to add more yoga into your weekly regime.

This class has a $10 drop in fee or can count as one of your classes on your membership. For more info and signing up refer to our Class Schedule or talk to one of the coaches.


It has been great to see and get to know all the new friends taking advantage of our Bring-A-Friend-Week. If you still have a friend on the fence they can still join in on the fun today (Friday) and Saturday. Let us know!
