Summer is officially here at CPMFITness! Stylish, Hot, Fresh, tanks are in! SWOL for the guys and Slim for the girls.
We’ve got a great promotion starting next Wednesday and every Wednesday in August. When you purchase either a SWOL or slim tank we will put your name in the ballot and each Wednesday, #TankTopWednesday that is, we will raffle off a 100 minute tanning card courtesy of our friends at Year Round Brown.
That’s right! You buy a sweet tank and have a chance each #TankTopWednesday to win 100 minutes of tanning.

If you haven’t checked out her Pro’s and Con’s for taking this week Sunday Community Yoga, then you need too, HERE. Angela has got some great flows, music, poses and stretches on the menu guaranteed to help you move better, feel better, end off the week or start the new week revitalized and rejuvenated!
Counts as a class for members or it’s a $10 drop in fee. Don’t be afraid to invite your friends either! $10 is cost-effective/high value yoga.
New Thursday Class Times to be Begin August 20th.
We will be adding a 4:30 pm class starting Thursday August 20th. So don’t forget to mark this in your calendar. The class will be a CPM FITness Group Class and will be just the same as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We look forward to having more opportunities to see your faces in the gym!

We will be holding our first CPMFITness Test of Skillz Event/Anniversary Party. This event will be open to all members, and will be a test of your skills in the areas of weightlifting, gymnastics movements, and metabolic conditioning. It will provide a fun environment to see how much you are improving and growing in your fitness. After the event we will be holding an Anniversary Party Location TBD .. To Celebrate our 1 year Anniversary and the wonderful community who makes this vision possible each and every day.
