The Second Annual “Wine Down Yoga” Friday May 2nd.

It would be pretty uneventful and boring to do it during April so mark your calendars for this very fun event. So bring your illuminated candle, yoga mat, and favorite bottle of wine.

This is a slower paced class vs. the usual YogaFIT classes. It is designed for more stretching, flexibility, breathing and restoration from the week of workouts. Feel free to hang with us after and have a glass of wine with your favorite gym and community.

For members counts as a class. Or you can buy a special single class rate for $10 for this event only. Friends or Spouses that are non-members can attend this class for $10 as well.

 The CPM ‘ALL IN’ Challenge

Mark your calendars for Monday, March 24th at 745p – 815p. We will be having a informational night regarding the CPM ‘ALL IN’ Challenge. We will discuss the rules, regulations, provide necessary handouts of information and answer all of your questions or concerns. Our job this evening to paint you a very clear picture of the potential you have and the guidelines to follow to ensure you are more than successful.

Look out next week for a sign up board, Facebook event and other sources of information popping up throughout the gym.

We will be introducing a new “Food Log” for this challenge that is going to be really fun and innovative.

Also don’t forget to grab your copy of “It Starts with Food”. This will give you a base of knowledge of the “why’s” and “why nots” for the foods we are eating. It will also give you a good base of knowledge for this challenge.
