100 Day Push-Up Challenge: Day 27!
Day 27 of the 100 Day Challenge is here. You are over 1/4 of the way through this challenge. You have completed 378 push-ups so far. GREAT JOB! We want to know… how is this challenge going for you? Are your push-ups feeling stronger?

For those still in need of the details…

Do 1 push-up. Each day you add a push-up until you have the entire 100 days and 100 push-ups complete. For instance, Day 51 is 51 push-ups, Day 74 is 74 push-ups.

You have the entire day to complete the push-ups for that day. If you miss a day, you can buy back in, you can complete them on the next day. For instance, you miss Day 20. On Day 21, you complete 20 + 21 push-ups for a total of 41.

Reflections by Mother Plucker

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. The snatch, overhead squat and rowing workout was crazy! I only coached the noon class that day but they had some really good overhead squats. This includes Kouri who managed to grip the bar even wider than the bar normally allows so he could overhead squat.

2. The Wednesday chipper had me “chippy”. I told Chris he better steer clear of me until I cooled down. We were able to talk after about 2 hours 😉

3. I’ve figured out that my tight ankles have been holding me back in my squats. I’ve started stretching them and it has helped immensely! Still not bendy enough for pistols but I’m getting closer. I’ve watched a lot of ankle mobility videos and I like this little test from KStar. Watch HERE.

4. To turn on the A/C or to NOT turn on the A/C. Apparently that is the question of the week. Will Chris do it? I think the more we bug him about it, the more he wants to leave it off! In case you missed the video this week, watch HERE to see what’s happening with the A/C.
