The Whole Life Challenge Struggle

I didn’t want to do it. I’m busy. I’m tired. I’m finding one excuse after another to avoid the Whole Life Challenge. So when Chris and I met the other day, I asked him “what do you want me to do?” If I do the challenge, I’m not doing it for myself. Although, I’m running like a crazy lady, I feel good. Chris told me to do it for my clients. He’s right. This challenge isn’t about me. It’s about helping my clients and keeping them on track especially now when I don’t have as much time to commit to them.

So I’m doing it! And here is why you should do it too.
1️⃣ Find Balance. This challenge hits all aspects of your health. The first time I did WLC, I fixed my hip flexors with lots of couch stretching. My squats have been great ever since.
2️⃣ Clean Up Your Diet. Yes, summer is over so we should be eatier healthier and back into our normal routine. But guess what… the holidays will be here before you know. Get a head start on those winter months!
3️⃣ Have Fun. My favorite part of the challenge is reading reflections from members. All of the sudden, you will spend less time on Facebook and Instagram and more time on the Whole Life Challenge app!
4️⃣ Push Yourself We all need a push on occasion. Some of us more than others. Use this challenge to help you stay accountable and, while you’re at it, help your community succeed too!

Jump in the challenge now!
