Everyday the gym is making progress towards the grand opening in August. We have a ton of great things in the works…

Our #cpmgo shirts have been ordered and will be going to print very soon.

As mentioned last week with, “The DEETS” Part 1, here is the preview of the shirts:

I like to think of this as the iPhone of Shirts:-)

Remember, this shirt will only be printed ONCE. That’s right, if you are fortunate to receive this shirt you will be considered the official charter member, the O.G., the starting crew. And I repeat, this shirt will NOT be printed again… EVER! You got one shot at it. To be eligible for the #CPMGO shirt you must be 1 of the first 100 members to sign up by August 31st. If you are 101 or sign up after August 31st you are S.O.L.

Inaugural Workout… The Vote

As promised, here are YOUR 3 choices for the CPMFITness Inaugural Workout:

1). “Fuhgeddaboudit” 

5 Rounds for Time:

Start and Finish with 800m run

*25x KB Swings (72#/53#)
*20x Burpee Box Jumps (24/20 inch)
*15x Overhead Squats (135#/105#)

2).  “Hansen”

5 rounds for time of:

2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Burpees
30 2-Touch Sit-Ups

3). “Bada Bing”

2 rounds of
30 squat cleans (95/65)
200m run

(17 minute cap)

at the 20 minute mark:

25 push press (95/65)
25 double unders
50 kb swings (53/35, american)
25 double unders
25 burpees

(12 minute cap)

**As always each of the workouts can and will be scaled based on each athlete’s ability**

Next Week: Baseline Week… Group Baseline

The gym will be just finishing up our setup the rest of next week. When starting out with our program (or any other FITness program) it is always great to get some baseline measurements. “You can’t improve what you can’t measure” Allow me to introduce to you our initial measurement…

“The Baseline Workout” For Time Complete: 

500m Row, 40 Squats, 30 Kettlebell Swings (53/35), 20 Pushups , 10 Pull-ups 

So because I’m so EXCITED to get the group classes rolling we are going to introduce Group Baseline Sessions at select times next week.

Wednesday; 5:30pm and 6:30pm

Thursday; 6:30am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm

Friday; 5:30am, Noon

August Promotion

During the month of August we are going to put our money where our mouth is. We’ve talked a big game now were ready to back it up!

For the entire month of August everyone will be able to receive a “FREE Week Trail”. That’s right, you can try us out for one full week. Come to 2 classes, 3, 5, 2-in-one day. It’s up to you. Try one CPM FIT and one Yoga FIT in the same day… Your call. We are confident that you will get a full understanding of what we are all about with a full week under your belt. Come in and experience our energy, intensity, coaching, positivity, test our skills out, ask us all your questions, let us debunk your concerns.
