We are updating the pics on our website and we want you to be apart of it. August 27th during the 5:30p CPMFIT and YogaFIT classes we encourage everyone to join us, rock your #cpmgo shirt and we will ROCK the house! We will be taking pics of the warmup, workout and yoga class and we need you as CPM models. Come get famous with us.
The best way to explain CPMFITness is to experience it. During this month of August everyone will be able to receive a “FREE Week Trial”. That’s right, you can try us out for one full week. Come to 2 classes, 3, 5, 2-in-one day. It’s up to you. Try one CPM FIT and one Yoga FIT in the same day… Your call. We are confident that you will get a full understanding of what we are all about with a full week under your belt. Come in and experience our energy, intensity, coaching, positivity, test our skills out, ask us all your questions, let us debunk your concerns.
You can’t improve what you can’t measure. Some of you have seen whiteboards and blackboards we have our version called the O-Board. Check out the new category, O-Board, on the right so you can track every workout you attend in your workout journals. And if you haven’t received your workout journal yet, grab one of the coaches and we will provide it to you.
