CPM Combine – Buck This!

Stetson Buck Ramey is leaving and we aren’t thrilled but that doesn’t mean we can’t give him a great send-off! We will be having a combine March 28th at 9 am in his honor. Sign up for a heat time on the board by the dumbbells (it will be ready soon). Plan on 90 minutes for your workout and then stick around for snacks and drinks to wish Stets good luck.

These check-ins are a very valuable part of your membership. Don’t be afraid to use the coaches as a resource to help you achieve your goals!

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. I wonder if anyone has actually died from Death by Over the Bar Burpees.

2. I am REALLY going to miss having Stets at the gym. He has helped me in countless ways. AND he does this…

3. I attended a Crossfit Certification last weekend. It was pretty darn cool. We had the opportunity to watch the coaches complete the open workout 15.1 on the first day. They took their shirts off… I won’t say anything else.

4. I picked up a pair of lifting shoes on my weekend getaway. Turns out they don’t automatically make you lift more. I still love them though :-)
