New Chapter

So the time has finally come for me to get in on the mix of sharing my thoughts with the CPM family. Not going to lie, I put up a good fight. Writing is not my strength but I know that stepping outside of one’s comfort zone is one way for us to grow…so here we go!

I started my journey with CPMFitness during the BAFW in Jan 2014. I was mostly curious about what the rave was all about as I had a few friends that were members. I had no intention of joining a gym. I liked to workout alone…so I thought. It took a little more coaxing but I was back that April and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have made. In April of 2016, I decided to make a career change. Leaving behind the 9-5 clinic hours of patient care. This was very scary but I knew that I had the same opportunity to practice what I love, which is helping people but in a different setting.

I have always been an athlete. I love to compete and have always aspired to inspire. My new role at CPMFitness allows me to do just that – train, lead and motivate. When I am not at the gym my roles include being a mom of two amazing kids, a wife to a pretty fantastic husband, using my creativity in the kitchen and figuring out which home improvement project is next on my list to tackle.

My hope is that you will feel empowered, discover your greatest potential and break down personal barriers.
