Gym Rat Chit Chat!

A few weeks ago I revealed to you that November would be my last month of blogging at CPM for a while. Well, plans have changed and guess what…. I’m still blogging! So I decided to switch things up a bit. Starting next week, my blog will be called Gym Rat Chit Chat. I will be highlighting a current CPM member or coach. The interviews have already begun and I’m super excited. Don’t be surprised if I hit you up to sit down with me. It only takes 10 minutes. OR if you are interested in being interviewed but I haven’t asked…. don’t be afraid to speak up!

Since it will be challenging to get an interview for each week, there will be some filler with my standard boring stuff  😉   I apologize in advance for that  😂

It only makes sense to start Gym Rat Chit Chat with the Mayor of CPMFITness, Marin Bortnem. Next week you will get to read highlights from our interview and see video footage.

Gotta run…. I need to get some rowing meters in!  🛶
