Top 5 Memories… In the Last 5 Years

Its amazing when you stop for a moment and reflect all that has happened in the last 5 years with CPMFITness. Annie and I loved Sioux Falls enough come all the way from California AGAIN with just a dream of what could be. Leading up to Saturday’s 5 year anniversary party (and Diaper Keg) I wanted to rally off some of my favorite moments in the last 5 years. This was tough I really went with what can you mind right away

#cpmGO (Grand Opening Party Nov 2013)

You can never really predict how starting a new business is going to go. Yes, you can do a business plan, believe in your message and hustle to get it growing but until you start getting traction and a following the future feels unknown. This 1st party/event made everything very clear and the love and outpouring was awesome!

Friday Night Lights (both of them Feb 17 and 18)

Its hard to articulate the feeling you feel with a room full of like minded athletes focused on giving their all in the same room at the same time. The heightened atmosphere produces magical moments. There was no better way to spend those Friday Nights.

Power Monkey Camp (June 2018)

We couldn’t have asked for a better company and outside set of coaches to raise our coaches FITness IQ. The leadership, coaching tips, methodology was right on par with our philosophy and has taken our coaching staff to the next level of excellence.

Bowling Party (Jan 2017)

Work Hard & Play Hard. Boy do we know how to do that! The random bowling teams, the karaoke and the shenanigans that happened all thru the night was legit!

Our Macro’s (Macro Community that is:-)

We define our Micro community as everyone that is involved inside the CPM gyms. Our Marco community are those who are connected to us outside the gym walls. DocuTAP; Down in the da basement is really an extensions of CPM. The members that attend our just as cool, committed and fun as any CPM member. #theyROCK. KDLT has been with us since the very beginning. Vance Thompson, Lloyd, Woltman, Foundations, DTSF, etc… We are so thankful to be apart of all of their Health and FITness journeys.
