When There’s A Will There’s A Way….
I am fascinated by what the mind can do. We are able to accomplish and achieve so much more than we ever thought possible, and once we start to unlock that power your results and potential are infinite!
I was reading a great article in Vanity Fair about Jay Z’s Life. He came from literally nothing and had all the odds stacked against him but he didn’t let that keep him from being one of the biggest Business Moguls in the world! Not just in the rap world, but the Business world as well. He could have had every excuse in the book as to why he was not where he wanted to be but he decidied to use his adversity as his advantage and look where he is now!
I am also fascinated on how this can transfer over to your fitness too. Look at shows like the biggest loser. These people are morbidly obese, probably some of the most unhealhty people in the world and with some commitment, belief in themselves, and a vision with structured focus they become phenomenal in their fitness and overall persona.
