Why You Want to do Our ALL IN Challenge Part 1

Our upcoming CPM 360 ‘ALL IN’ challenge will lead, teach and inspire you in many ways. You will learn intellectually, mentally and emotionally about you, food/nutrition and your relationship with food. This challenge is built off 3 major pillars:

Education + Community + Lifestyle

Today I will discuss the education pillar.

I recently heard a phrase that struck a cord in me, “If you are not where you would like to be in a specific area of your life, you don’t know enough about it.” ~ Grant Cardone

The example he was referencing to in particular was about money. If you desire you be a millionaire and you are not, you don’t know enough about money. The idea being if you knew enough you would have taken the proper course in life and made better decisions to attain the millionaire status because you would know enough. That honestly works in all areas of your life. So, lets play it towards your Health and FITness.

If you are not where you desire to be physically, performance-wise or health wise, you simply do not know enough about healthy eating, food and what it takes or you would already be there.

Experts used to say, “Knowledge is power.” Now smarter people are saying, “Knowledge is power only when it’s applied.” One of the major components of this challenge is to teach you. We are not here to give you a fish (just tell you what to eat and what not to eat). We are here to teach you how to fish (lead, teach and inspire you).

Every Monday night during the challenge we will have our weekly meetings. We will cover a ton of material found in the book,  IT STARTS WITH FOOD. Their Whole30 program is the inspiration behind our challenge. You are expected to read ahead the topics we will discuss each meeting and familiarize yourself with the material. We will them get to the meat and potatoes (sweet potatoes that is:-) of the information and teach you how to apply the information to your everyday lives. You will arm yourself with the tools, the knowledge and the confidence to live a strong, healthy happy life. And it will be a ‘whole’ lot of fun in the process.

Begin to schedule these following Monday evening’s as appointments you will not want to miss: 3/24, 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28.
