Why You Want to do Our ALL IN Challenge Part Deuce

Last Week we discussed the education pillar with our Part 1 of Why You Want to do our upcoming CPM 360 ‘ALL IN’ challenge. This week is about the Community.

Several years ago, I did my first real road trip with one of my best friends from Fullerton, CA to Portland, OR. We had a blast! There is nothing like driving the open road with a close friend, great conversation’s, not caring about being any where on time and enjoying all the sight seeing the California coast had to offer.

During the drive we starting playing a game, follow the ‘rabbit’. Just in case you don’t know what I’m referring too, we followed someone who was driving much faster than the speed limit and we would just tail them a few mph slower so if there was a cop he would most likely pull them over and not us. It was a great way for us to drive faster than the speed limit and help us to avoid getting a ticket. I now use this method any time I am doing a long road trip (don’t tell Annie;-)

Following a ‘rabbit’ works wonders for any area of your life.

Have you ever noticed that when you are walking with a friend that is walking faster than you, you start walking faster (without noticing at first) to match his/her speed?

Or when you are having dinner with your ‘healthy’ friends, you order something ‘healthier’? Believe it or not, the same goes for the opposite.

What about when you start working out with a partner (or class) that is motivated, positive and works out HARD? You will follow in their foot steps (literally:-)

Jim Rohn explains: “You will become the combined average of the five people you hang around the most. You will have the combined attitude, health and income of the five people you hang around the most.”

You are operating at a certain speed in your life regarding your health, nutrition and the way you eat. In our CPM 360 ALL IN Challenge you will be surrounding yourself with a COMMUNITY FULL of the best ‘rabbits’ in the gym who our HUNGRY to LearnPUMPED for a Challenge and MOTIVATED to Change.

Just by surrounding yourself with them in the Monday night meetings, on the challenge forums and working out with them in class you WILL automatically get (and eat) better. I can’t imagine when you actually begin to put some effort into the challenge yourself and really see what you are capable of becoming.

Behavior is contagious. Take some if you need it. Give some if you have it. Hey, that sounds like a good slogan for the community pillar… Don’t you think?

Begin to schedule these following Monday evening’s as appointments you will not want to miss: 3/24 (NEXT MONDAY), 3/31, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28.
