Just Do It! The annual Sleigh the Rower Challenge begins this Friday, November 27th and goes through Thursday, December 24th. Once you give us the $30 entry fee, you will be given a pass to sign in for open gym rowing times. Get the details HERE.

Wine Down Yoga at CPM DTSF Tonight!

When: Friday, December 4th
Time: 6:00pm – Till Wine is Gone

Bring your yoga mat, an illuminated (battery operated) candle, your favorite bottle of wine and a loved one/friend. This is a slower paced class that is designed for more stretching, flexibility, breathing and restoration from a busy week.

Then we will hang out after and have a glass of wine with your favorite people. This event is FREE and even more FUN!!

Please bring:
-yoga mat
-illuminated candle
-towel
-water
-your fav bottle of wine

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. I’m not exactly a fan of burpees but I love burpee pull-ups. Am I the only who feels this way? You see a lot of burpee pull-up techniques in class. They coach it with the mixed grip in this video. Click HERE. Thought that was interesting.

2. Is your 1 RM hang clean heavier or just as heavy as your 1 RM power clean? I saw a lot of that this week. I thought my power clean was heavier but I’m not so sure after this week. We will be doing a 1 RM power clean on Monday so I guess I will find out!

3. I’m continually updating my playlists at the gym. Do you have any songs you would love to hear during your workout? If so, send them to me. I would love some suggestions!

4. People love to work on their pull-ups. Tory, Marin and Brett were killing it after the workout last week!
