Working Out For A Cause ….

This Saturday am at CPM FITness we will be participating in a workout for a cause. Christmas is the season of giving, and what better way to give back than a kick butt workout.

This is a perfect opportunity to give back to the Make a Wish Foundation and have fun with your friends, family, and fellow gym peeps. Every 38 minutes Make-A-Wish® grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition in the United States and its territories. At Make a Wish they believe that a wish experience can be a game-changer. This one belief guides them in everything they do. It inspires them to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids they serve.

For the past few weeks the Western Mall has been supporting Make a Wish with a 12 minute Christmas Light show that begins at 5:30 and goes until 9. This is a donation show and in 2013 this event raised more than $16,000 for Make-A-Wish. Collectively the event has raised more than $187,000.

So CPM thought it would be a great opportunity to join in and give as well!

On Saturday, December 20th, we will be having a special Christmas workout at 8:30 am and 9:30 am. Members are asked to bring a $10 donation (cash or check) for the Make A Wish Foundation. Classes are donation based so you will not be charged a class from your membership. All proceeds go to charity. Click HERE for all of the details.
