Workout With Your Family!

Fun Family Workout!
Do your kids ask if they can work out with you at the gym? Well, here’s your chance to bring them! We will have a Fun Family Workout on Saturday, May 16th at 9:30 am. Cost is $5 per family member that joins you. We will have a super-fun team workout planned for your family. You will need to create an account for each family member and have them sign the Health Waiver. Here is the LINK to get you started.

Reflections, by Mother Plucker

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. I feel like I am one ab workout away from a 6 pack. Could Monday be the day that gets me there?? 😉

2. I drank too much coffee before coaching the bear on Tuesday. I got light-headed when I yelled at the class. I feel the need to apologize to the class. I’m sorry I yelled at you. You guys know I love ya!

3. My goal for the 45 Minute PT Grinder was to not talk the entire 45 minutes. I did pretty good. In fact, I think I may have won that workout 😉

4. I always complain about overhead squats but I need to keep in mind that I have made a lot of progress. I remember having trouble overhead squatting with a PVC pipe. This guy needs more of a challenge than just a regular overhead squat. Watch HERE. I have to ask WHY???
