April All-In Challenge (30-30-30)
We are really impressed with your commitment to this challenge. A few members have already completed it… wow! Keep up the good work and finish strong!

Tues/Thurs 8:30 am!
Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 classes have started and they are great. Be sure to take advantage of the new times! These classes will be co-ed. Tuesday will be the CPMFIT class and Thursday will be YogaFIT and Flow. YogaFIT and Flow is not your standard yoga class. Be prepared to sweat!

Reflections, by Mother Plucker

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFITness.

1. 200 m Farmer Carry, 20 Box Jumps, 400 Run looks way easier on the board than it actually is. The farmer carry was tough! I used the same weight as this guy. Maybe next time I should go a little lighter.

2. Something kind of funny has been happening during the Fit Chics class. A few elderly gentlemen meet at the table right outside the gym during class to watch the ladies and have coffee. Annie threw in some hip thrusters this Wednesday during Fit Chics. The men approved. 😉

3. I finally got to go to Yoga Fit and Flow! I’ll just say this… my body felt phenomenal. Then I did the 2000 m Row, 100 Burpee Pull-Ups (Throw-Ups) and 1 Mile Run. Did Chris really program that workout??! What a day. I treated myself to a latte that afternoon.

4. Chris is building his club memberships… one member at a time. Here is a pic from hamstring club last Friday. People are really digging it!

A. Partners
Partner 1: Broad Jumps
Partner 2: 100 Pushups
Partner 1 jumps length of the floor and back while Partner 2 does pushups.
Switch and continue until you reach 100.

B. Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds:

10 Toes to Bar
