You Have To Go Through it To Get To It …

Do you ever wonder why you are faced with trials, tribulations, or uncomfortable situations?

Do you ever want to quit or give up when you are faced with difficulties ..

We have all had circumstances come in to our lives that can leave us feeling defeated, debilitated, or wondering how we are going to get through it …

but when we get to the light at the end of the tunnel we can look back and see why it is, we went through the situation at hand.

We have all heard the phrase “If it were easy everyone would do it”. I truly believe this. There is a reason people in general are in the place they in and it is how we choose to deal with the “hurt”

We need to fall, Learn, get up and move ahead! Failures in life are going to happen and if we choose to dig deep, learn from them and grow imagine the person we will become!

I love to compare this to a workout. We have all seen workouts that we didn’t know how we were going to get through we wanted to do everything to avoid but instead we dove in and focused on chipping away at the reps and with each rep getting one step closer to that finish…

How accomplished do you feel? How much stronger do you think you are? How much did you learn from putting yourself in the trenches and digging yourself out …

You had to go through it to feel the reward .. You can’t just look at the workout and get in shape or feel accomplished you have to put action to it…

You can’t look at healthy food and eat like crap and expect to have a healthy body ..

So why do we assume pain in life is going to get easier by avoiding it or pushing it aside or away?

Let the end goal be your driving force .. Let the light at the end of the tunnel lead you and help bring clarity .. Let your passion, goals, purpose, and mission keep your head above water when you want to sink!!!

Focus on going through it and you will get it!!!
