We all have good days and we all have bad days. The good days are awesome! You feel incredible like you can conquer anything in the world. The bad days are not so good. You want nothing more than to go to bed and start over again.

You know the best way I’ve learned to snap out of a bad mood/funk as soon as possible? Go back to your best day. Find your best self that day and copy it!

How do you show up? When you are your quote on quote ‘best self’?
How do you walk, talk, enter a room and interact?
What is the look on your face? What does your body language convey? What are the thoughts running through your head? What are the feelings in your heart?

What descriptive words would you use to describe this best version of yourself?

Excited, Helpful, Positive, Graceful, Cheerful, Attentive, Courageous, Grateful, Welcoming, Happy, Giving, Confident, Strong, Conscientious, Engagement, Fascinated, Loving, Immersed, etc…

1. Write down 5 Qualities of your best self.

2. Consciously and actively ‘Show Up’ and live those TODAY! Just one day is all I’m asking.

But you know what? What if that one day turned into two. And the two turned into a week. And the week turned into a month. That one first day could turn something in you and create a whole new you. You could have a whole new approach, perspective on your life.
